Join Dick Copeman as he explores the many foods available in our city beyond your front gates.

Together you will learn about edible weeds, uncovering the secret fruits of the city, and that sometime the best food isn’t found in the supermarket but all around you.

This event is one of an eight-part series of workshops led by Northey Street City Farm experts to get you growing and thinking sustainably.

Weekly topics including living lightly (reduce your footprint), micro gardening and companion planting, bush tucker, compost in the city and much more. With a focus on inner city balconies and suburban back yards, these workshops will get you hands-on in food production in next to no time.

Book in for one session or commit to all eight to turbo-charge your sustainability revolution!
